  • serving individuals with physical and/or communication impairments from birth through adulthood, locally, nationally and globally 
  • providing professional development opportunities in our areas of expertise 
  • contracting with families, agencies and school districts to offer direct services to students with severe physical impairments and complex communication needs

2023 Summer Workshop – Addressing the Needs of Students with Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI) and Complex Communication Needs (CCN) in the Classroom Setting.

The Bridge School is excited to announce the AAC-CVI Framework, adapted from work at Penn State University.

Registration fees covers the cost of the Institute; 5 1/2 days of workshops, hands-on experience with children and families. It also covers a group dinner on Tuesday evening.

All participants are personally responsible for costs associated with the Institute which includes travel, lodging and meals.  When you receive the link to pay your registration fee, you will be given a link to the hotel where you can book your lodging if you choose.  You are free to choose your own lodging as well.  It is not covered in your registration fee.

Families – $ 300

We will have limited scholarship opportunities for families. Once your application has been accepted, you will be given instruction on scholarship eligibility and a scholarship application.

Professionals – $ 500
